Neverending Light Productions (NEL) is now in principal photography for the feature documentary Peacemakers. This ground breaking documentary will follow the journey of NEL's founder Amardeep "Arm" Kaleka as he begins to find answers for the violence epidemic in the United States today.

 

To kick off the journey, Arm and his crew piled into an RV and traveled across the country on a 10 day road trip - making stops in Aurora, Tuscon, Columbine, Des Moines, Washington DC and finally ending in Milwaukee. Along the way, they met with survivors of violence, former criminals, experts, activists and other Peacemakers. During the road trip, Arm took part in a six day fast for peace - which he decided to break after going through a grueling Native American sweat lodge ceremony with former white supremacist Frank Meeink.

 

Arm and his crew will continue documenting in Milwaukee as he and his community prepare for the one year anniversary of the tragic shooting which occured on August 5th, 2012 at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin. Then, their journey will continue across the country - and maybe the world - as they continue seeking out survivors, formers, experts and other individuals breaking ground in the fight for peace.
